What do I do if I havent been exercising regularly?

If you haven't been exercising regularly, wait a few weeks until you have adapted to the diet, then start very slowly. Begin an exercise routine of just walking 20-30 minutes a day and slowly build upon your routine from this level.

Limit intense exercise such as running, biking, or swimming to no more then 50 minutes a day.
