Survival Tips For Your First Three Days!

During your first three days, try and do the following:

- Space out your drinks no longer then 4 hours apart.

- If you experience hunger, definitely drink an extra shake.

- Drink plenty of water (atleast 6-8 glasses)

- Stay busy and occupied. The less time you have to spend thinking about food the better off you will be.

- Keep a journal.

- Avoid tempting sights and smells as much as possible until you are used to the diet.
