DENISE AUSTIN'S 50/25/25 DIET PLAN
Hi gals & guys:
I'm done transitioning and am in maintenance (y) . Is anyone following Denise Austin's diet plan?????? Denise Austin seems to have a good diet plan to follow, but I don't want to do her menus, so I need your help figuring out what the breakdowns are for daily starches_____, veggies_____, proteins_____, dairy____, fats_____ for a 1450 - 1500 calorie 50/25/25 plan. I have a lot of muscle breakdown and need the protein as well as the carbs & fats.

Lovin every pound and minute of the plan. I now have a new goal of 130.
Started June 10, 2005. I reached my first goal of 136.0 on August 9, 2005.
